JFI Radio went to find some sunshine at a live event. It was thrilling to be back in the UAE for a fantastic week but it didn’t turn out exactly as planned and despite being caught in a tornado and the worst weather in UAE for 75 years, the welcome was as warm as the sun that followed, the event a huge success, and the hospitality first class.

World Radio Day ~ 13 February 2024
JFI Radio has been a proud supporter of World Radio Day for the last 5 years. WRD started in 2011 and was proclaimed a celebration day by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation) based upon an idea from the Kingdom of Spain.
World Radio Day is a UNESCO International Day celebrated on 13 February every year since it was adopted in 2011.
JFI Radio broadcasts a series of short ‘LIVE’ episodes throughout the day allowing listeners from around the world to listen at at time to suit them.
